Together with UPS Turkey’s, KAGIDER’s, and TurkishWIN’s partnerships, the Women Leaders Platform was brought in 2014, and aimed to increase the number of women employees in private sectors and women leadership, and also raise its awareness by bringing corporate leaders into a discussion meeting where they shared ideas, opinions, and experiences.

With this meeting repeated every four years, the Women Leaders Platform led to the sharing of successful women leadership in private sector examples, and the sharing of ideas as well as point of views regarding this subject. This meeting brings together human resources corporations, corporate communication departments and higher-up executives.
