This clarification text was prepared by the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (“KAGİDER”) in the capacity of Data Controller in accordance with article 10 of the Law no. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data ("The Law") and Procedures and Principles to be Applied Regarding the Obligation of Enlightenment in Processing the Personal Data.

Your personal data in the categories of identity (name-surname) and contact (e-mail address) that you have submitted by filling out the form in the "E-Newsletter Registration" section on the kagider.org website, will be stored and processed by fully or partially automated means as per Article 5 of the Law “data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right”, by adding your information to the list of e-bulletin recipients, in order to send you an e-bulletin in line with your request to inform you about KAGIDER's works and activities.

You can submit your requests regarding the rights granted to you as a data subject in Article 11 of the Law on the processing of your personal data, to data controller, to KAGIDER in accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of the Application to Data Controllers.
