The project’s aim is to create opportunities to increase the presence of women in tourism by offering different forms of training such as: training courses for high-school graduate women, bringing more women entrepreneurs into business life in some chosen cities and creating the link between business partners.

As part of the project meetings in Muğla, Istanbul, and in Izmir have been organized to identify women’s needs in business life. According to the focus group discussion, 20 women have benefited from a two-day long training course. After that event a meeting was held between the trainees and KAGIDER members who work in this field.
