KAGIDER’s Compass Project, with the overall aim of increasing the number of women entrepreneurs and women employment, consists of an online platform with entrepreneurial trainings and modules aimed at reaching a wide variety of Turkish women.

The platform “I am Establishing My Business” includes modules on information and data for new entrepreneurs, inspirational success stories and support for access to finance. KAGIDER’s partnership with Işık University in establishing this online portal provides the academic and practical support in carrying out and developing these trainings.

A private theatre production was realized as a fundraising event in order to establish this platform. KAGIDER, with the support of BKM, realized the production “One Day When I Was A Women” on 12-13 April 2014 at the BKM’s theatre which featured 15 KAGIDER actors.
