“WE-TOUR - Empowering Women through Tourism” Project aims to promote women's entrepreneurship through tourism by providing new economic and social opportunities to women in the Black Sea region. The partnership include 5 women’s business associations from 5 countries, with Greece being the applicant; Turkey, Bulgaria, Georgia and Azerbaijan are the partners of the WE TOUR Project.

The EU-funded WE TOUR project, which will be carried out between June 2021 and June 2023, aims at strengthening, supporting and developing female entrepreneurship through tourism, providing new economic and social opportunities to women in the Black Sea Basin area.

With the WE TOUR project, it is aimed to create a strong partnership in the field of women's entrepreneurship not only among the participating organizations, but also between the countries they represent. In addition, promoting gender equality in cooperation with non-governmental organizations is among the main objectives of the project. In this context, a project meeting was held with all the participants in Thessaloniki on 22-23 November 2021.
