Sephora and the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGIDER) came together with women entrepreneurs for a 3-day online camp within the scope of the ‘Acceleration and Development Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Cosmetics and Beauty Industry’.

This program focuses on uncovering the power and the potential of women, and conducted the trainings of the ‘Acceleration and Development Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Cosmetics and Beauty Industry’ between 11-13 November 2020 online.

During the process of the Program that has been conducted by Sephora Turkey and KAGIDER, 31 women entrepreneurs were selected out of 200 applicants by experts in their fields. Those women entrepreneurs received a 3-day online training covering important topics to develop institutionalization, human resources, finance, incentives, leadership and managerial skills foreign trade approaches, and so on.

An inspiring program that will help women entrepreneurs in their entrepreneurship journey was presented with the contribution and support of Sephora Turkey managers, KAGIDER board members that shed light on the way of women entrepreneurs with their expertise and T. C. Ministry of Trade experts as well as many distinguished names in their fields.
