We conducted a roundtable meeting session entitled “Working Mother, Equal Parenting” within the context of Women Leadership Platform that is organized jointly by KAGİDER, UPS and TurkishWin and hosted by TÜSİAD. In the round table meeting, companies such as Danone Türkiye, Ford Otosan, Mapfre, BP, EnerjiSA, Eczacıbaşı, Mondalez, Unilever and UPS shared the best practices regarding the topic and the challenges they face in the application process.
