Women Leadership Platform had a meeting entitled “Inner Communication Language”

The Focus Group Meetings within the framework of the Women Leadership Platform organizations, carried out by the collaboration of KAGİDER, TurkishWIN and UPS was held for the third time this year on October 9, 2018. It was hosted by TÜSİAD with the main theme of “Inner Communication Language”.
In the meeting, Prof. Dr. Mary Lou O'Neil, head of the Gender and Women Studies Research Center at Kadir Has University, Şule Yücebıyık, director of corporate communication at Borusan Holding, and Zeynep Özbil, director of corporate communication at Arçelik, gave their presentations in which they shared their applications regarding the inner communication language in their organizations. The participanting companies shared their opinions and made suggestions by revealing their sensitivity on the gender studies and were inspired by the applications of the organizations.

They appreciated the efforts and importance of being actively involved in the Women Leadership Platform. They also pointed out that they will be supportive in terms of creating a common understanding of increasing the awareness about gender equality and making collective efforts in this direction.
