Women Leadership Platform Round Table Meeting was held in November 12, 2018 with the theme of “Women Leadership in Private Sector for Sustainable Future”

The final meeting of Women Leadership Platform, which was formed jointly by KAGİDER, UPS and TurkishWIN in order to increase women employment and leadership and sharing inspirational experiences  and gets together 3 times a year in a round table meeting form, was held in November 12, 2018 in Taksim Nippon Hotel between 9 am and 1 pm.

Within the simultaneous workshops held with 27th Quality Congress, moderated by KAGİDER Board Member Esra Bezircioğlu, Founder of TurkishWIN Melek Mulatkonak, TSKB HR Manager Melis Sökmen Çakıroğlu and Corporate Marketing Group Executive Hüseyin Gürel shared their good example experiences with the participants in Women Leadership in Private Sector for Sustainable Future Roundtable Meetings.

The participants listened TSKB’s experiences on the topic, which is a company that completed equal opportunity processes jointly together at the levels of HR, communication and corporate social responsibility.
