Women Leadership Platform Roundtable Meeting was held on November 12, 2018 with the theme of “Women Leadership in Private Sector for Sustainable Future”

The final meeting of the Women Leadership Platform, which was established jointly by KAGİDER, UPS and TurkishWIN. In order to increase women employment and leadership and sharing inspirational experiences and gets together 3 times a year in a round table meeting form. One of the meetings was held on November 12, 2018 in Taksim Nippon Hotel between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Within the simultaneous workshops with the 27th Quality Congress, moderated by KAGİDER Board Member Esra Bezircioğlu. The  founder of TurkishWIN Melek Mulatkonak, TSKB HR Manager Melis Sökmen Çakıroğlu and Corporate Marketing Group Executive Hüseyin Gürel shared their good example experiences with the participants of the Women Leadership in Private Sector for Sustainable Future Roundtable Meetings.

The participants listened to the experiences of TSKB’s, which is a company that completed equal opportunity processes jointly together at the levels of HR, communication and corporate social responsibility.
