Fifty six young women completed KAGIDER’s “Women Leaders of the Future” training program and received their certificates. At the women’s development center -BIZ, young women between the ages of 21 and 25 with low income and high potential, who have recently graduated or are in their last year participated in the program. This program lasted for four days and in the training program, courses such as cv writing, business ethics, using technology in the job search, interview simulations, basic financial skills, banking and marketing were given by the volunteer trainers. At the certificate ceremony Ms.Gülden Türktan, member of board, statedthat those fifty six young women, who were elected from 423 women, performedwith high efficiency. During the “job placement” process for the future women leaders they will receive mentoring support from both the members and other professionals.
