The Women Entrepreneur Panel of “Expanding Our Job” was held on 27 May 2017 at Bandırma Santral Culture Centre with a high level of participation.

President of the Women Entrepreneurs Council of Bandırma Chamber of Commerce, Gizem Uz made an opening speech for the conference and she emphasized that when one thinks of entrepreneurship, starting a new job comes to mind, when in fact, expanding an existing business’s borders is entrepreneurship too. KAGİDER’s Board Member, Bahar Kayserilioğlu was one of the panelist with the topic of “growth and institutionalization of family company”. Partner of Kurtsan Holding and Founding President of KAGİDER, Meltem Kurtsan was another panelist with her topic “growth of family company and rol model companies' structure”. Last but not least, Founder and Director of IDECON Idea and KAGİDER member Yaprak Yapsan was the other panelist with the topic of “enlarge your job in virtual platform”.

After the panel, KAGİDER committee and members of the Women Entrepreneurs Council of Bandırma Chamber of Commerce ate lunch at Kurtsan – Otacı Complex which include Kurtsan Medikal Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş and Kurtsan İlaçları A.Ş. After the lunch the group wandered the complex and received information from the manager of the factory, Kurtuluş Temur.
