We were surprised and saddened that in the recruitment
announcement issued by a well-established and reputable higher education institution
such as Boğaziçi University, the condition of 'to be male' is required for
candidates. As KAGIDER, we have been continuing the "Equal Opportunity
Model (FEM) Certificate Program" to identify inequalities in processes
such as recruitment, training, career planning and development in institutions
and to put an end to approaches based on gender discrimination in business life.
