As the President of KAGİDER, Sanem Oktar delivered a speech in the panel entitled “Women in Automotive Industry” held in October 4-5, 2018 as a part of the 5^th World Automotive Conference in Istanbul.

Within the panel, the role of women in the automotive industry was discussed together with the applications of the participant companies on the way to attain equal opportunities for men and women.

Sanem Oktar shared information regarding the Equal Opportunity Model Certificate that she has been carrying on to increase women employment. She also mentioned about the actions that are being taken in order to increase women employment at the management levels together with Women Leadership Platform.
