TROrganizations with the Gender Equality Model (GEM) Certification Gathered
Since 2010, KAGIDER has been encouraging companies to promote gender equality and strengthen female employment through the Gender Equality Model (GEM) certification program. KAGIDER gathered with the certified organizations to discuss and collaborate on achieving these goals.
The meeting was held with the participation of KAGIDER’s Board of Directors, members and human resources and corporate communication leaders from 32 leading Turkish organizations that have received the GEM certificationin different years since 2010.
