Prior to the Global Women’s Summit in Istanbul, KOSGEB organized a meeting with a delegation of entrepreneurs led by Ms. Datin Seri Paduka Rosmah Mansor, the wife of the Malaysian Prime Minister, and KAGIDER Members at Cavahir Hotel.

On May 4^th 2011, approximately sixty businesswomen including KAGIDER members from different sectors and a delegate of Malaysian businesswomen investigated possible future business partnerships.

KOSGEB and the Ozyeğin University Center for Entrepreneurship prepared the event and KAGIDER President, Gulden Turktan, made the opening remarks.

Among the themes was that of the growing trade volume between Malaysia and Turkey and the opportunity for women entrepreneurs to establish and expand existing partnerships across this region.

The B2B event ended with a networking session for attendees and participants.
