The 26th Quality Congress organized by KalDer was hosted on November 21-22 at the Zorlu Performing Arts Center.  

This years prominent themes were : "Leading the Transformation"  and "Quality as a Lifestyle"

The event brought hundreds of people together from the business world, the media sector and academia while creating a platform that facilitated the discussion of many headings such as: Global Look on the Transformation of Technology, Futurism to Reality, Appreciating Human Skills, UN Sustainable Growth and Development Objectives and Risks, The Future of the Workforce, Feeling Good in the Business World: Ergonomics of the Soul and Happiness, Transforming Leadership. 

The congress that lasted two days hosted many local and foreign guests.  Among the guests was Bahar Kayserilioglu, a Board Member of KAGIDER, who joined the congress as a sponsor for the Women in Leadership Panel.   Other guests included our shareholders UPS and Turkishwin.  The congress ended with the Award of Excellence Ceremony.
