Nowadays, which the 4^th Industrial Revolution is built, transition process of economy and society was highlighted by artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicle, nanotechnology and so on.

At this point, which responsibilities should be taken by non-governmental organizations how technologic transition has a role to eliminate gender inequality and to rise women employment? How young population get benefit from new job areas and developed education models? Which roles that decision makers have?

The panel of “4^th Industrial Revolution in Turkey” was held at Zorlu PSM by the cooperation of business life, ministry, civil society, and academy and by the attendance of foreign representatives of World Economic Forum.
