KAGİDER President Sanem Oktar delivered a speech entitled “Women who shape the future of food technology” in Women Entrepreneurs Forum organized jointly by UFM and UNIDO in Lisbon in October 10-11, 2018.

Within the conference, Sanem Oktar shared some statistics regarding the industry and shared some significantly important Projects such as “Vodafone Smart Village” Project by KAGİDER member and women entrepreneur Tülin Akın and “Soma Project” of KAGİDER with the participants from Mediterranean countries.

Nearly more than 300 participants were present in the event from Mediterranean countries whom were delegates, members of the parliaments, ministers, authorities, international organizations, activists of gender equality, press and young people. Within the conference, parallel sessions were held together with B2B meetings within the scope of food technologies fair.
