TRDİMES Earns KAGİDER’s “Equal Opportunity Model (FEM)” Certification
DİMES has been awarded the Equal Opportunity Model (FEM) certification developed by KAGİDER with the technical support of the World Bank. The certification aims to promote gender equality in the workplace and enhance women’s productivity.
The certification was presented to DİMES by Neşecan Çekici and Özlem Demirci Duyarlar, Members of KAGİDER's Board of Directors.
