At its 28th meeting held in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 13-14 September 2010, the EU-Turkey Joint Consultative Committee (JCC), which brings together representatives from organised civil society in the EU and Turkey. KAGİDER President Gülseren Onanç took part as a rapporteur and speaker.
