Abdi İbrahim earned KAGİDER’s Equal Opportunity Model (FEM) certificate—becoming the 57th organisation to do so—at a ceremony attended by Board Members Neşecan Çekici and Özlem Demirci Duyarlar.

The “Power Talks Mentorship Programme” with Kérastase officially launched: 50 mentors will pair with 50 mentees in the first phase. Member volunteers conducted one-on-one interviews to select mentees.

In partnership with Sanofi Türkiye, the 2023 six-month mentorship programme for young women commenced, opened by Board Member Kıvılcım Pınar Kocabıyık; Founding Member Gülsün Zeytinoğlu gave an alignment session to mentors and mentees.
