A consortium in which KAGİDER is Türkiye’s partner received a grant from the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs for the project “Unleashing Women Leaders’ Potential for a Circular Economy in South-East Europe through International Collaboration”. The kick-off meeting with partners was held at the start of the month.

The KAGİDER Board and staff met with Zuhal Baltaş and Acar Baltaş for a workshop on Culture and Values.

Under KAGİDER’s renewed presidency of W20 (the G20’s women engagement group), the first meeting of the Brazilian term took place.

On the same day, the EBRD convened the inaugural session of its newly created NGO Steering Committee—KAGİDER is the only Turkish civil-society organisation among 13 global members.

Work began on the G-FEB project (Green Transition of Female Entrepreneurs in the Balkans). Representatives from Türkiye, Greece, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Austria met in Tirana to discuss the barriers facing women in green business.

With support from the L’Oréal Foundation, the “Dermocosmetics Specialist Training & Employment Programme” was launched by Vichy, KAGİDER and Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Centre to provide 120 earthquake-affected women with 64 hours of training over two months.

The “Good Business” Festival followed the completion of the 7th cycle of the *Good Business: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Non-Food Retail* programme (KAGİDER & Boyner Group), allowing graduates to showcase their products and forge new business links.

KAGİDER was selected as one of Türkiye’s representatives for the EU’s European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) Enlargement Candidate Members Group, giving KAGİDER a voice in EU advisory processes.
