We crowned the Future Women Leaders (FWL) program, which has graduated 1,750 young women over 14 years, with an inspiring gathering. During the FWL Inspiration Meetings, alumni and prominent guests shared their life-changing stories and experiences about gender and opportunity equality. We thank everyone who joined this inspiring journey.

Reeder earned the Opportunity Equality Model (FEM) certificate developed by KAGİDER with technical support from the World Bank to promote gender equality and women's productivity in the workplace. We invite all institutions that share our dream of a Turkey where equal opportunities are provided to everyone to join the FEM program.

KAGİDER’s long-standing Future Women Leaders Project was awarded the Prida Award.

In Hatay, within the “Dermocosmetic Specialist Training and Employment Program” (KAGİDER, Vichy, Boğaziçi University, L'Oréal Foundation), 120 earthquake-affected women received 64 hours of training including conflict management, teamwork, sustainability, and work ethics.
