Women in Technology seminars co-sponsored by the Turkey Vodafone Foundation, KAGIDER and TBV, took place on May 9-10^th in Istanbul.

The May 9^th seminar trained women to develop effective communication and time management skills, sales and marketing techniques, information and communication technologies, social media and internet safety. They also learned about using tablets.

The May 10^th seminar brought together women who wanted to start their own businesses using modern technology. They were trained in subjects such as basic entrepreneurship, establishing business plans, sales and marketing, e-trade, information and communication technologies, internet safety and social media, and ultimately received certificates for their participation.
